  1. The PoC deployment: In PoC scenarios we provide an openLDAP integrated with Smartfacts. Users are added to the Smartfacts PoC instance via openLDAP. There is no option to directly link to an Enterprise LDAP.
    Find all details on this deployment scenario here.We strongly recommend to deploy Smartfacst on Kubernetes. PoCs will ONLY be supported by MID based on Kubernetes:

  2. The regular on-premises deployment: If you are using Smartfacts in a production environment, then Smartfacts allows to directly connect to your Enterprise LDAP and synchronize groups of users to the CAMP and your Smartfacts instance.
