select the table that should be referenced
configure a mask - this determines the format of the values coming from the referenced master data table
when inputting the a value for this column a picker opens to select the correct row of the referenced master data table
Caveat: The functionality described above works for nesting one masterdata row into the cell of another master data table. Deeper nesting is not supported at the moment. In cases of deeper nesting only the stored row key is displayed and not the values from the referenced row.
