Open the MWH profile in Smartfacts. You must be an account manager to do this.
Switch to the Friends (Outbound) tab in the MWH profile.
Click the + button to add a friend.
Insert a name.
Select the domain of the friend. In the case of Jira this is CCM.
Select the type JIRA.
Paste the Consumer Key you have copied in step 2b.
Insert the same Consumer Secret as in step 2c.
Save the new friend.

Step 4: In Smartfacts, add Jira as a consumer
Switch to the Consumers (Inbound) tab.
Click the + button to add a consumer.
Insert a name and a secret and check the Approved box.
Copy the Consumer Key. You will need it on the Jira side in step 5.

Step 5: In Jira, add Smartfacts as a friend
In Jira, navigate to Admin -> Manage Apps -> Friends Management.
Open the Friends Management tab.
Click Add OSLC Source Configuration
Add a name.
Add the Rootservices URL of the OSLC instance that should become a friend. You can copy the URL from the Smartfacts tab of the MWH profile page (Model Warehouse Profile → Rootservices → Rootservices File).
Set the Domain of the friend you want to add to Jira. In the case of Smartfacts, this is AM.
Paste the OAuth Consumer Key you have generated in step 4.4.
Enter the same OAuth Consumer Secret you have used in step 4.3.
Save the new friend.

Select the “Link Types" tab.
Click Add Link Type.
Insert a name for the link type. As the Jira side is owning the link, Traces Architecture Element would fit well. On the other side the link type name would be Traced by Issue.
Set the target domain to AM.
Save the new link type.
You can also import a CSV File(
) with all standard OSLC link types of Smartfacts.view-file name Link Types Jira.csv
