Before you can access the App Backend you need to configure your own Oidc Provider in the Jira Cloud Configuration Page (Configuration OSLC Connector Jira CloudPreview )

Browser

As Authentication is Popup based in our Tool your Browser needs to allow popups (at least for the corresponding domains)

OSLC Tools to Connect

To leverage OSLC Connector to Jira Cloud you need a Tool which supports OSLC (Supportd ToolsPreview ) and your on Premise Tool need to be able to reach to our Backend (https://genoslc-jira-cloud.smartfacts.com/)
