Registering Jira as "Jazz" Application

Starting with Release 6.0.0 of the OSLC Connector for Jira you can register Jira as “Jazz“ Application.

Go to your Jazz Team Server → Manage Server → Registered Applications

Klick on Add

Paste the discovery URL which is https://[jira Base Url]/rest/jirarestresource/1.0/scr

Set an Consumer Secret (the Key is automatically generated from Jazz) and a User Id

Application Name and Type should be parsed from the /scr Jira Endpoint.

Notice: You can only register one Jira Instance in your Jazz Plattform.

After you finish jts should now automatically got a Consumer Key from Jira added.

In Jira you also should have an Consumer Key added, what you still need to do is add your Jazz Applications as Friends in Jira.

Your Jira Application is now Part of the Jazz “Home Burger Menu”

You need to login to Jira to view your Jira Projects in Jazz

After loggin in you can view and access your Jira Projects from the Jazz Home Menu
