General

Various aspects of the user interface can be managed via the General tab:

  • Visual aspects

    • UI language

    • Visibility and design of link icons

    • Visibility and design of document icons

    • Visibility and design of conversation icons

    • Size of diagram icons

  • Functional aspects

    • Show internal links — can also be set in the splitter menu

    • Search language — can also be set in search

    • Project tree shows diagrams only — can also be set in the Project tree control in the local menu

    • Enable notification sound

    • Show comments strictly by version - with this option activated, comments in diagrams will be shown strictly by version.

    • Show comments from previous versions - this option will also show older comments.

  • Notifications

    • Define which event you want to be notified about.

My Profile

As the profile data is synchronized from the MID CAMP respectively as ADFS/LDAP, the profile data cannot be changed here. Only the user image can be changed.
